Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Group Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation of consolidated and subsidiary financial statements and ensure audit readiness. You will support major finance transformation initiatives and provide technical accounting guidance in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will have IFRS expertise, post-qualification experience in financial reporting or external audit, and a proven track record in leading teams and engaging with auditors and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA or international equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience in financial reporting or external audit.
• Experience with complex group and subsidiary consolidation and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of group and subsidiary financial reporting and disclosures.
• Oversee close and audit processes, ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, auditors and governance bodies.
• Drive performance improvements and reporting transformation.
