ISCA Recruitment is recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a rapidly expanding manufacturing group. Reporting to the CFO, this role leads group reporting, drives financial excellence and supports growth. You will shape strategy, strengthen controls, integrate acquisitions, and build a scalable finance function across the group.

ACA qualified with audit and manufacturing experience is preferred. Location: Home-based with travel to London and UK sites; salary £70,000–£80,000 with up to 25%

Qualifications

• ACA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
• Experience in group reporting and consolidations.
• Audit experience in UK SME or listed environments.
• Manufacturing sector experience desirable.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage group consolidation and statutory accounts.
• Support year-end close and audit readiness.
• Oversee external audits and liaison with auditors.
• Drive SAP Analytics Cloud implementation.
• Develop robust internal controls and processes.
• Collaborate with Group FD and commercial FD for integration.
