Leading monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, you’ll partner with the Group Finance Director to influence strategy and investor reporting.

Its finance function is evolving too—moving from a traditional, control‑led operation towards a more commercial, insight‑driven team that genuinely influences business performance.
Working closely with the Group Finance Director, you’ll take ownership of financial control and reporting across the group while helping to shape better systems, stronger processes and more meaningful management information.
This isn’t a “keep things ticking over” role. It’s an opportunity to build, improve and make your mark.
Manufacturing experience would be highly beneficial, although candidates from other complex, multi‑site environments are also encouraged to apply.
