The role involves financial reporting, forecasting, audit, payroll oversight, and business partnering with senior leaders in a hybrid environment.

You will drive process improvements, ERP migration, and strengthen controls while supporting strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.  Birmingham

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in financial control, reporting and analysis.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Excellent understanding of financial compliance and governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bi-annual forecasts and support business planning activities.
• Produce and present monthly management accounts.
• Analyse KPIs, trends and business performance with departmental managers.
• Lead the annual audit process and manage external auditor relationships.
• Oversee R&D tax credit claims and payroll processes.
• Manage quarterly bonus calculations and payroll processes.
