Job summary

Goodman Masson in the United Kingdom seeks a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA professional to lead the Group Finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you will own financial and management reporting and drive growth projects following recent investment.

You will manage group-wide controls, tax and regulatory compliance, cash flow, working capital and covenant management while providing commercial leadership on contracts and partnerships.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified required.
• Experience in a Group Financial Controller role.
• Leisure, hospitality or consumer sector experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group financial control, reporting, risk and governance with robust controls.
• Oversee statutory, tax and regulatory compliance with HMRC, auditors, banks and advisors.
• Own group balance sheet, cash flow, liquidity, working capital and covenant management.
• Provide commercial leadership on contracts, partnerships and loyalty programmes.
• Drive operational excellence in Finance and Procurement with efficient processes.
