Job summary

Goodman Masson are partnering with a fast-growing financial services business to appoint a Finance Director who will lead the Finance function and sit on the Executive Committee. You will shape funding, capital structure, governance and future growth, reporting to the CEO and coordinating with auditors and regulators.

Responsibilities include: setting direction for the Finance function, managing annual audits, and overseeing financial reporting and regulatory compliance, while guiding equity

Qualifications

• ACA qualified with post-qualification experience
• Experience in banking or regulated financial services
• Strong governance and financial controls background
• Strategic financial leadership and investor relations experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance function and set priorities as the business grows
• Provide financial leadership to the CEO and Executive Committee
• Own financial reporting, controls and governance framework
• Lead annual audit process and manage external auditors
• Oversee reporting for complex funding structures and capital markets
• Support equity fundraising and investor activity
