Grafton Banks Finance is seeking a Group Financial Controller near Crawley. The role reports to the CFO and oversees UK and international staff. It is almost 100% remote, with a requirement to live within 1.5 hours of Crawley.

Grafton Banks Finance is exclusively recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a growing and successful international manufacturing SME near Crawley. The role reports directly to the CFO and manages staff in the UK and abroad. The role requires a fully qualified accountant and experienced Controller with effective leadership experience and experience of working within the manufacturing sector in order to apply. The role is almost 100% remote at the moment; however candidates still need to be living within a maximum of a 1.5 hour commute of Crawley in order to apply.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Day to day management of the global finance team and ensuring delivery across the group
• Consolidation of monthly group management accounts
• Preparation of monthly board pack
• Design & implementation of standardised group processes
• Co-ordination of group audit processes
• Review and ensure accuracy of entity budgets and forecasts
• Cashflow reconciliation, analysis, and forecasting
• Group variance analysis and KPI reporting
