Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Group Financial Controller for a high-growth, mid-sized business. You will oversee and develop a team responsible for reporting, cash management, process improvements and tax across the UK, Europe and the Americas.

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in growth, maintaining strong controls and guiding the company through a capital event. Hybrid working is offered along with LTIP/bonus and core benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high growth, multi-jurisdiction business.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and controls.
• Ability to drive process improvement and ERP enhancement.
• Experience with tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Lead management accounts and accurate reconciliations.
• Coordinate reporting to international listed entities.
• Analyze data to ensure gross revenue alignment.
• Manage tax and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee cash management across multiple countries.
• Manage commissions in collaboration with payroll.
• Support investments, acquisitions, integrations and due diligence.

In this newly created role you will oversee and develop a team responsible for reporting, cash management, process improvement and Tax across multiple entities in the UK, Europe and America's

Whilst reporting into the Chief Financial Officer you will play a significant role in the continuing growth of the business, ensuring controls remain strong and ultimately seeing the business through to a Capital event

Accountabilities and duties include:

• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial returns
• Management Accounts
• Reporting to International Listed business within requirements
• Data analysis and reconciliation to ensure gross revenue is aligned
• Tax and Compliance management across multiple jurisdictions
• Cash Management across multiple countries
• Commissions Management working alongside payroll
• Supporting Investments, including Acquisitions/integrations and due diligence

The ideal candidate will be technically strong with prior exposure to working within a high growth business operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Good exposure to developing ERP systems and some experience within a business looking to make an IPO or other capital event would be highly desirable.
