Base pay range

JSS are delighted to be partnering a successful growing international business based near Amersham, Buckinghamshire. We are recruiting a new Group Financial Controller position which will be responsible for managing group performance analysis and reporting, consolidation of group accounting and coordinating the group budgeting & forecasting processes. This is a high-profile role which will also have exposure to acquisitions and the integration of any acquisitions as well as improving group controls, processes and ad-hoc group wide projects. This is an ideal role for an audit trained ACA or ACCA qualified Group Finance Manager or Financial Controller.

The Role:

1. Production of the half year and full year consolidated accounts
2. Overseeing and coordinating the monthly accounting and forecasting process
3. Co-ordinate and manage the group annual budgeting and business planning process
4. Ownership of group cash flow forecasting
5. Analysis of the monthly regional and subsidiary performance with commentary
6. Monthly board packs
7. Own and improve internal controls, processes and governance
8. Strategically help support the senior management team with all growth opportunities/acquisitions
9. Support and oversee the integration of any acquisitions into the group
10. Assist in the group audit process
11. Support any group wide ad-hoc projects as required

Profile:

1. We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager or Controller, with the following experience and skillset:
2. Audit trained - ACA or ACCA qualified
3. Experience working in a group accounting role ideally within an international group
4. Experience of group consolidation and group audit
5. Good understanding of IFRS and/or UK GAAP
6. Experience of senior stakeholder engagement and communication
7. Experienced in improving processes, procedures & controls

On Offer:

A salary/package of circa £110,000-£130,000, plus bonus, large company benefits and the opportunity to work in a successful growing international business.
