Job summary

InfraBe in the United Kingdom is seeking a Financial Accountant to own year-end statutory accounts, tax compliance, and audit management for a multi-site group.

You will lead group statutory reporting and consolidation exercises, coordinate with external auditors, and support tax compliance across holding and operating entities.

The role also covers internal reporting, budgeting, and driving process improvements across sites, with occasional ERP-led automation projects.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or final-stage with substantial relevant experience.
• Experience with UK GAAP (FRS 102/101) and Companies Act 2006.
• Experience leading external audits from the client side.
• Proficiency with ERP systems across multi-company environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, including consolidation models.

Responsibilities

• Own year-end statutory accounts for group entities under UK GAAP.
• Prepare group consolidated accounts including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
• Lead external audits from planning through sign-off and manage audit queries.
• Coordinate corporation tax computations and CT600 filings across the group.
• Develop and enhance monthly management reporting packs and variance analysis.
• Identify and implement ERP automation and process improvements across sites.
• Support due diligence, regulatory updates, and capital allowance claims.
