Job summary

Global Accounting Network Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager in West London to own the Group month-end process, consolidation, treasury, and Group reporting. You will lead a small team, coordinating across divisions and ensuring tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ACA qualification or equivalent, plus post-qualification experience in a group finance setting, preferably in PE-backed or rapid-growth cultures.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified or equivalent via audit scheme.
• Post-qualification experience in a group finance environment, ideally PE-backed or fast-paced.
• Experience improving processes and using ERP systems.
• Confident, driven with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Group month-end close across the business and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee audit processes and act as main contact with external auditors.
• Manage the Group consolidation accountant and review monthly consolidation.
• Oversee the Group Treasury via the Group Accountant and drive process improvements across the close.
• Develop and coach the finance team to enhance capability and ownership.
• Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into Group reporting.
