• Lead month-end close, financial controls and balance sheet reporting across UK and US entities.
• Own group consolidations, statutory reporting and external audit requirements.
• Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax and transfer pricing, with external advisers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and operational teams, providing financial insight for strategic projects and expansion.
• Support treasury, cash flow forecasting and intercompany accounting.
• Drive improvements across finance systems, reporting processes and automation.

Job description

We're partnering with a prestigious, fast-growing luxury hospitality and leisure group to appoint a Group Finance Manager to join its London finance team. Operating a portfolio of exclusive private members' clubs, restaurants and premium retail businesses, the group is undergoing significant expansion.

The role:

• Lead month-end close, financial controls and balance sheet reporting across UK and US entities


• Own group consolidations, statutory reporting and external audit requirements


• Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax and transfer pricing, working with external advisers


• Partner with senior stakeholders and operational teams, providing financial insight, supporting strategic projects and business expansion


• Support treasury, cash flow forecasting and intercompany accounting


• Drive improvements across finance systems, reporting processes and automation

Successful Candidate:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, ideally practice-trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm


• Strong technical accounting background, including group consolidations, statutory reporting and hands-on IFRS 16 experience


• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing organisation and improving existing processes


• Immediately available or on short notice
