Job summary

iMultiply is assisting a growing SME group in West Lothian to appoint a Head of Finance. The role combines strategic financial oversight with hands-on management of the finance function across multiple entities, delivering robust reporting, controls and governance.

You will lead and develop the finance team, liaise with senior stakeholders and drive improvements to support business growth and value creation in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the group.
• Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Lead, develop and support the finance team.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banking partners and legal advisors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Support delivery of wider business objectives through effective financial management.
