Job summary

iMultiply is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance function across a growing SME group based in West Lothian. The role covers strategic and operational finance, controls and robust reporting across multiple entities.

The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders, build and empower the finance team, and drive improvements in financial processes while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

This is a senior leadership role requiring responsibility for both the strategic and operational management of the finance function. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, strengthening controls, and supporting the continued development of the business.

The Opportunity

As Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function across a diverse group structure, ensuring the delivery of accurate reporting, effective financial controls, and meaningful management information. You will manage and develop the finance team, oversee compliance and governance requirements, and support key business decisions through robust financial analysis and reporting. This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level within a dynamic business environment.
