Job summary

Page Executive's client, a private equity-backed engineering and manufacturing group, is seeking a Director of Group Finance to lead the finance function and drive transformation across systems, reporting and treasury.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own group reporting, consolidation, audit and compliance, while partnering with operational leaders to deliver value creation and growth.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification or equivalent required.
• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Strong background in group reporting, audit and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the group finance function.
• Drive systems and process improvements and finance transformation projects.
• Support acquisition integration and synergy delivery.
• Own group reporting, consolidation and financial control.
• Lead statutory reporting, audit and compliance activities.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships and debt facilities.
• Partner with operational leaders to support growth and value creation.
