Job summary

MetaCompliance Ltd. seeks a Group Financial Controller to own the group-wide control environment, consolidations, and reporting across multiple entities. You will partner with the CFO, manage a two-tier leadership team, and drive tax, treasury, and risk oversight in a fast-growing, PE-backed software business.

You will lead financial due diligence, integration of acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance and robust controls across geographies.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience at senior group level.
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS/tech businesses.
• Direct experience leading FDD workstreams and supporting M&A/refinancing.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly/quarterly/year-end consolidation cycle and statutory/management reporting for the group.
• Lead and develop the Financial Controller and Assistant Financial Controller and build scalable finance structure.
• Oversee group taxes including Corporation Tax, Transfer Pricing, VAT and payroll taxes.
