Job summary

Camino Search is representing a fast-growing, capex-intensive infrastructure business in search of a Group Financial Controller. You will own AP, AR, tax and treasury, drive statutory and investor reporting, and lead a finance team through scale prior to an exit.

This is a genuine build-and-own leadership role with significant exposure to investors and bond reporting. You will operate across multiple systems, embedding finance capabilities while shaping controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with professional designation.
• Proven Group FC or senior finance leadership in a PE-backed environment.
• Experience in capex-heavy business with autonomy.
• Strong statutory reporting, controls and treasury expertise.
• Genuine systems capability, comfortable owning and embedding finance systems.
• Experience building or scaling a finance function is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of AP, AR, tax and treasury.
• Statutory and investor reporting, controls and processes.
• Lead and develop a growing finance team as the function matures ahead of exit.
• Direct exposure to investor and bond reporting, presenting quarterly numbers to PE backers.
• Oversight of a multi-system finance environment, with scope to build internal systems capability.
