Job summary

Parkingeye is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance team, delivering consolidated statutory accounts and robust financial governance. You will drive balance sheet integrity, manage intercompany processes, and coordinate audits in a fast-growing PE-backed European technology business.

Reporting to the CFO and working with PE investors, you will oversee tax, treasury, and group-wide reporting, contributing to acquisitions and international expansion in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial experience with extensive technical accounting background (IFRS).
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, and annual Group consolidated financial statements in accordance with FRS 102.
• Prepare the annual statutory accounts and coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity and perform reconciliations on key accounts.
• Lead the month-end close process, including intercompany eliminations.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and tax compliance across the Group.
• Support covenant/investor reporting and PE engagement.
