Serco at HMP Dovegate, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver group-based therapeutic interventions within a custodial setting. This part-time role offers 23 days holiday pro rata, a contributory pension and extensive internal training opportunities.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation, risk reduction and meaningful personal growth for residents, with DBS clearance required.

Salary: ££34,475, pro rota, plus excellent benefits

As a Group Facilitator in our Therapeutic Community team at HMP Dovegate, you'll help deliver specialist therapeutic interventions that support rehabilitation, personal growth and lasting behavioural change. Through group-based therapeutic practice, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, constructive environment where individuals can develop healthier ways of thinking and living.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
