Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to deliver Women’s only circuits and similar classes with a focus on safety, fun and inclusivity. You will work alongside our fitness team to maintain a high standard of service and adapt sessions to different abilities.

The role is casual hours, with opportunities for permanent positions. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you deliver engaging classes and promote healthy, active lifestyles across our centres.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognised group exercise qualification (Zumba or Body Pump).
• Experience leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes.
• Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service.
• Ability to demonstrate experience of working within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates high levels of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Women’s only group exercise circuits classes.
• Provide a safe, enjoyable and inclusive class environment for attendees of varying abilities.
• Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme.
• Be customer focused and deliver excellent service to members and participants.

We are looking for a Group Exercise Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from our Women’s only circuits class, working with individuals with a range of abilities, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. We are looking for a real people person, who is a team player, as you will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.

• Nationally recognised group exercise qualification (Zumba or Body Pump)
• Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes

• To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
• Excellent communication skills
