Job summary

You'll shape menus, develop concepts and provide accurate costing, presentations and tenders. This role offers travel both UK and internationally, with a Monday-Friday style schedule and significant growth
Qualifications
- Senior culinary professional with strong organisational skills.
- Experience with menu development and food costing.
- Comfortable presenting food and concepts to senior clients.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development kitchen and team.
- Manage multiple culinary projects simultaneously.
- Lead major client tastings and presentations.
- Support menu development and innovation.
- Work with commercial and costing teams.
- Coordinate recipes, specifications and development systems.
- Support tenders and new business opportunities.
- Represent the culinary team with senior clients.
- Help develop production teams.
- Bring structure to development processes.
