Job summary

Chucs is seeking a Group Events Manager to design, plan and deliver high-profile social and corporate events across our sites. You will manage enquiries, budgeting, supplier coordination and post-event analysis to drive future planning.

You will report to the Chairman, work with marketing, operations and external partners, and lead a team to ensure flawless execution, strong client relationships and maximised revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in organising large-scale events across corporate and social sectors.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and supplier relationships.
• Strong client-facing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic sales and event plans to meet targets.
• Manage event budgets, forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate and deliver events to maximise attendance and brand awareness.
• Publicise and promote events with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee events from enquiry to booking and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure proposals meet client expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive event documentation including timelines, venues, and staffing.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance revenue for events.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations are observed and enforced.
