Job summary

The Venues Collection is seeking a Group Estates Manager to oversee our Estates Team and external contractors, ensuring safe operations and reliable maintenance across multiple venues. The role emphasizes strong leadership, governance, and continuous improvement of facilities management.

You will drive compliance with safety standards, develop maintenance roadmaps, and deliver high-quality Estates Operations while liaising with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• To promote a safety culture and ensure the Estates Team and Third-Party Contractors operate in accordance with Company Safety & Environmental Procedures.
• To develop the competencies within the Estates Team to Self-Deliver Maintenance and Repair Operations; each venue to have a preventative maintenance plan.
• To develop Estates Team Procedures, Processes and Documentation and improve reporting, records and safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and ensure compliance with procedures across Estates Team and contractors.
• Deliver high-quality Estates Operations in line with company policies and external accreditations.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all venues.
• Improve reporting, documentation, and safety performance across the portfolio.
• Manage Estates Team and third-party contractors to ensure consistent high-quality operations across venues.
