We’re looking for a seasoned environmental professional to lead our compliance strategy across the group. As Group Environmental Compliance Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our environmental governance, ensuring our operations not only meet but exceed regulatory standards.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee environmental compliance across all sites and services
• Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Manage waste licensing and submissions to the Environment Agency
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Deliver training and guidance to teams across the business
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and adapt our strategy accordingly

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in a senior environmental compliance role
• Strong knowledge of hazardous waste, ISO 14001, and permitting
• Excellent communicator with board-level presentation skills
• Chartered Waste Manager status (or working towards it) is a plus
