Job summary

Monks is seeking a Group Director, Group Business Lead to oversee key client relationships and drive commercial health across a group of accounts. You will lead senior stakeholders, set staffing, forecasting, and growth plans, and ensure alignment of strategy with outcomes.

You will champion AI-enabled workflows and oversee client scorecards, while guiding large, cross-disciplinary teams toward ambitious goals in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in client service, media strategy and digital media.
• B2B experience is required.
• Data-driven strategies and brand-performance outcomes.
• Mastery of traditional, digital and social media planning, buying and measurement.
• Fluent in data and AI-enabled tools; ability to identify signal from noise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Monks lead point of contact with senior media client stakeholders across a group of accounts.
• Own the commercial health of the group: scopes, staffing plans, forecasting and organic growth.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each client's business and strategic priorities.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and full-funnel media plans informed by insights.
