Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Group Digital Marketing Executive to keep our UK, Ireland and US online presence accurate and engaging. You’ll sit in the Group Brand Marketing team and work with cross-functional colleagues to manage menus, venues, campaigns and listings.

You’ll contribute to SEO, content updates and analytics, while supporting our digital agency and internal teams. A passion for hospitality and strong written English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and content management across multiple platforms.
• Keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality brand.
• Strong written English for public-facing content.
• Experience with CMS and multi-channel listing management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Hawksmoor websites, menus, hours, venue pages and campaigns.
• Build new content areas, QA, accessibility and image optimisation.
• Own venue information accuracy and respond to requests from GMs and operations.
• Manage listings across Uberall, Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, OpenTable and more.
• Support SEO work and improve Hawksmoor visibility in search results.
• Create UTM links for campaigns and manage QR codes.
• Collaborate with the digital agency and internal teams on daily digital needs.

Group Digital Marketing Executive

As our Group Digital Marketing Executive, you'll keep Hawksmoor looking brilliant online across the UK, Ireland and the US. You'll sit within our Group Brand Marketing team and report to our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, in a small, talented team that loves getting the details right.

What You'll Do

• Keep our website accurate and up to date, from menus and opening hours to venue pages, press and campaigns
• Build new content areas as the site grows, and help with site QA, accessibility, image optimisation and alt text
• Own the single source of truth for venue information, looking after requests from General Managers and operations teams
• Manage our listings through Uberall, Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, Square Meal and more
• Support our SEO work and help improve how Hawksmoor shows up in both traditional and AI-powered search
• Create UTM links for campaign tracking and manage QR codes through HoverCode
• Work with our digital agency and support marketing, reservations, sales and head office teams with their day-to-day digital needs

Who You Are

• At least a year's experience in digital marketing (if you're a little under but full of enthusiasm, we'd still love to hear from you)
• Excited about digital and keen to keep learning and grow your career with us
• Organised and detail-oriented, happy working across lots of platforms at once
• Great written English, as plenty of your work will be seen by our guests
• Comfortable juggling planned projects and reactive requests without letting either slide
• Collaborative and happy working with people across a global business
• A genuine love of hospitality and of what Hawksmoor stands for

Experience with a CMS (similar to WordPress), Uberall, Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, HoverCode or GA4 would be a bonus, but you don't need to have used them all.
