Job summary

Hawksmoor, the UK restaurant group, seeks a Reservationist for a 3-month fixed-term contract during the busy Christmas season. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists, seat guests, and coordinate cloakroom and flow to support smooth service.

This role is not desk-based; you’ll engage with guests directly, work closely with the floor team and managers, and help deliver warm, generous hospitality from the first hello.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential, full training provided

As a Reservationist on a fixed term contracted at Hawksmoor you will be joining us for our busy christmas season over a 3 month time period and you’ll be right at the heart of the guest experience. This is not a desk-based role. You’ll be welcoming guests, managing reservations and waiting lists, coordinating seating and cloakroom, and supporting the floor team to keep service running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of how we deliver warm, generous hospitality from the very first hello.
