Job Title: Digital Acquisition Manager

Location: Telford - 4 days in office

Pitch is delighted to be partnered on a retained basis with Enconvo, part of the Enreach Group.

With 25 years of experience in telecoms, IT managed services, and security, Enconvo has helped over 5000 businesses in the UK and Europe, serving over 2 million customers.

Currently undergoing a transition and growth phase, they seek an experienced Group Digital Acquisition Manager to lead their new digital hub. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy and broader digital marketing efforts across developing markets.

Your responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing digital team, integrating ABM methodologies, and driving digital marketing excellence to generate measurable results. This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-regional collaboration to ensure targeted marketing efforts that support pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and lead a digital team to deliver results in the UK, France, Denmark using integrated campaigns for high-quality lead generation.
2. Develop and oversee ABM campaigns, including One to One, One to Few, and One to Many campaigns.
3. Optimize lead generation campaigns for better conversions.
4. Manage all digital marketing channels: social media, email, web content, PPC.
5. Collaborate across functions with the marketing hub, go-to-market team, and sales teams.
6. Create tailored campaigns for high-value accounts and grow volume accounts through direct and indirect channels.
7. Use performance data to refine strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
8. Present insights and recommendations to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.

Required Experience and Background:

1. Strong strategic focus combined with hands-on delivery skills.
2. Proven experience in ABM and digital marketing, especially in lead generation and campaign execution.
3. Experience in SaaS, technology, or software sectors is advantageous but not essential.
4. Leadership experience managing digital marketing teams.
5. Data-driven with strong analytical skills to assess and optimize campaign performance.
6. Passion for digital innovation and industry trends in ABM and digital marketing.
