Job summary

Wise Platform is seeking an exceptional Group Design Lead in London to guide a team of designers shaping tools and experiences used by our Platform Partners. You’ll collaborate with banks and online platforms, reporting to a Design Director across Wise Platform and our Design Systems team.

You’ll work across product, engineering and sales, shipping improvements for partners and building a global, trusted experience.

Qualifications

You are an accomplished design leader who has led teams before.
A portfolio of well-crafted, impactful design work demonstrating polish.
An exceptional problem solver who can navigate technical complexity.
An advocate for design, able to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
Confident presenting to clients and building strong relationships.
Experience with design systems to produce scalable, accessible designs.
Proficient with Figma and curious about AI-driven prototyping.

Responsibilities

Lead the Wise Platform design team to deliver high-quality product experiences.
Collaborate with product, engineering and sales to translate complex design challenges into compelling B2B design solutions.
Build empathy and deep understanding of the needs of partners: banks, FinTechs and global enterprises.
Hands-on delivery to ship impactful experiences and features for Wise Platform partners.
Prototype concepts using AI to support and improve team workflows.
Create assets that demonstrate a consistent global experience generating trust and loyalty.
Work directly with Wise Platform partners to workshop, present and collaborate on design solutions.
