Job summary

Clayton Recruitment Limited is seeking a Group Compliance Manager to lead regulatory, legal, risk, data protection and compliance activities across three firms, including the Gloucester head office and the Bristol and London sites.

You will provide strategic guidance to Directors and senior teams while maintaining strong governance, controls and reporting frameworks. The role offers hybrid working after probation and a focus on robust compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Group Compliance Manager - 3 Offices

Gloucester (Head Office), Bristol and London

The Group Compliance Manager will lead, manage and oversee all regulatory, legal, risk, data protection and compliance activities across three related firms. The role ensures that the firms meet their obligations under SRA regulations, AML legislation, data protection law, lender panel requirements, Companies House obligations, CQS standards and internal governance frameworks.

The postholder will act as a central point of expertise, providing guidance to Directors, senior leaders and transactional teams, while maintaining robust systems, controls and reporting mechanisms.
