As part of our ongoing commitment to sound financial governance and long-term value creation, we are seeking a highly qualified Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial strategy and capital structure at the group level. This is a senior role, with direct access to decision-making and a strong incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the group’s overall financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Support the Board and executive team in equity or debt financing initiatives
• Strengthen financial policies, processes, and risk management frameworks
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to guide strategic decision-making
• Promote financial transparency and reinforce strong corporate governance practices

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent recognized UK accounting credential)
• Previous experience in a publicly listed company, with strong knowledge of capital markets and regulatory standards
• Demonstrated track record in executing or supporting equity and/or debt financing projects
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
