As part of our ongoing commitment to sound financial governance and long-term value creation, we are seeking a highly qualified Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial strategy and capital structure at the group level. This is a senior role, with direct access to decision-making and a strong incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
·Define and implement the group’s overall financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
·Lead and develop the finance team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency
·Support the Board and executive team in equity or debt financing initiatives
·Strengthen financial policies, processes, and risk management frameworks
·Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
·Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to guide strategic decision-making
·Promote financial transparency and reinforce strong corporate governance practices
Qualifications
·ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent recognized UK accounting credential)
·Previous experience in a publicly listed company, with strong knowledge of capital markets and regulatory standards
·Demonstrated track record in executing or supporting equity and/or debt financing projects
·Proven leadership and team-building abilities
·Strategic mindset with the ability to execute with discipline
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of operating effectively at senior levels
