Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que CFO ou Finance Director dans des entreprises soutenues par le PE.
• Compréhension des modèles commerciaux à revenu récurrent, idéalement dans un environnement technologique.
• Expérience en M&A est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Partenaire avec le CEO et le Conseil pour définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale.
• Gérer une équipe financière localement à Singapour.
• Identifier, exécuter et intégrer des opportunités d'acquisition.

Finatal are partnering with a Private Equity firm to find a CFO for a recurring revenue tech business based in Singapore. The role would suit a CFO with a background in a technology company with a recurring revenue business model. The role is based in Singapore and would require relocation if you are currently based in the UK.

Prior experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a PE-backed business is required.

The Role:

• Business partner with CEO and Board to set and enact commercial strategy
• Work with commercial teams to lead data driven decision making
• Help identify, execute and integrate bolt on acquisition opportunities
• Recruit and manage a finance team locally in Singapore

Requirements:

• Track record as a CFO or FD in Private Equity backed businesses
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models, ideally in a tech environment
• Some M&A experience is an advantage but not required
• Experience of a previous PE Exit would be beneficial
• Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
