Job summary

TSR Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor for a new-build care home project in Northallerton, starting at the end of October. The role requires supervising groundworks, coordinating groundworkers and subcontractors, and ensuring works progress to programme.

You will manage site safety, liaise with management and subcontractors, conduct quality checks, and report progress. SMSTS and CSCS are essential; willingness to work away may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising groundworks on construction sites.
• SMSTS – essential.
• CSCS – essential.
• First Aid – desirable.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks and site procedures.

Groundworks Supervisor – Northallerton

Location:Northallerton

Start Date: End of October

Rate: £25.00–£26.00 per hour

Hours: Approx. 45 hours per week

Duration: Long-term, with potential for permanent employment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join a new-build care home project in Northallerton, starting at the end of October.

• Supervising and coordinating all groundworks activities on site

Requirements:

• Relevant groundworks supervisory experience


• SMSTS – essential


• CSCS – essential


• First Aid – desirable


• Strong knowledge of groundworks and construction site procedures


• Good communication and leadership skills


• Ability to manage a team and work to deadlines


• Must have experience working in a supervisory role on relevant construction projects
