Job summary

TSR Nottingham Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor for a new-build care home project in Northallerton, starting at the end of October. You will oversee all groundworks on site, leading a team and coordinating with subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget.

The role requires SMSTS and CSCS, with First Aid desirable. You will ensure high standards of quality and safety while managing progress and reporting to the Site/Project Manager.

Groundworks Supervisor - Northallerton

Location:Northallerton
Start Date: End of October
Rate: £25.00-£26.00 per hour
Hours: Approx. 45 hours per week
Duration: Long-term, with potential for permanent employment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join a new-build care home project in Northallerton, starting at the end of October.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all groundworks operations on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Relevant groundworks supervisory experience
• SMSTS - essential
• CSCS - essential
• First Aid - desirable
• Strong knowledge of groundworks and construction site procedures
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team and work to deadlines
• Must have experience working in a supervisory role on relevant construction projects
