Job summary

Padstone Recruitment is seeking a Groundworks Supervisor with SSSTS to oversee a commercial groundworks project in Paddock Wood. You will organize and supervise labour on site, order materials, and liaise with site management.

Must hold SSSTS and a valid CSCS card. There is potential for a permanent position in the future. Typical day runs 8am-4pm with pay rates negotiated online.

Qualifications

• SSSTS certification required.
• CSCS card required as a minimum.
• Groundworks/onsite experience on commercial developments preferred.

Groundworks Supervisor Needed

Our client, a reputable Groundworks company, are looking for Groundworks Supervisor with SSSTS to work on Commercial developments in Paddock Wood.

Pay rates £(Apply online only) per day for 8am-4pm

Main duties of a Groundworks Foreman:

• Organising Labour on site
• Supervising Labour on site
• Ordering materials
• Liaising with site management
• Doing risk assessment and method statements
• Understanding site drawings to be able to communicate with Labour
• Will be overseeing 3-4 men on the project.

Must have SSSTS.

They are looking for the right candidates to work with them to finish the project. There is a possibility of permanent position if that is desired further down the line.

The successful candidates will need to have a valid CSCS card and SSSTS as a minimum.
