Job summary

Constructive Resources is seeking a hands-on Groundworks Supervisor for a site in Wellingborough, Northants. You will lead a team of groundworkers in kerbing, ducting, road preparation and related tasks. You will ensure work is completed to a high standard and that health and safety guidelines are followed.

A current SSSTS or SMSTS certificate is required, and a 360 ticket is very useful to support site supervision duties.

Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS certificate is required.
• 360 ticket is highly useful.
• Experience leading groundworkers on kerbing, ducting and road preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of groundworkers to complete kerbing, ducting and road preparation.
• Ensure work is carried out to a high standard and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate on-site activities and liaise with site management.
