Job summary

We Build Recruitment is seeking a working groundworks supervisor to manage 7 gangs on a Newport data centre project. Duties include kerbing, flagging, ducting, edging and drainage, with a 12-month duration and a rate of £28 per hour.

Applicants must hold CSCS, SSSTS and CPCS/NPORS, plus full PPE and proven supervisory experience on similar sites. Immediate start available for an experienced supervisor.

Qualifications

• Cands must have CSCS, SSSTS and CPCS/NPORS qualifications.
• Experience supervising multiple gangs on groundworks sites.
• Full PPE must be worn on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 7 gangs of 3 workers on site.
• Supervise kerbing, flagging, ducting, edging, drainage.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and site discipline.
