Job summary

Mane is recruiting groundworkers to join a major data centre construction project in the United Kingdom. You will perform site groundwork tasks on a large commercial build, ensuring progress aligns with schedule and safety standards.

Roles include drainage, concrete bases, kerbing and paving, excavation, and working around underground services. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates with CSCS/CPCS/NVQ where required.

Qualifications

• Groundworks experience on large commercial or data centre projects.
• CSCS/CPCS/NVQ qualifications where required.
• CPCS/NPORS tickets for plant operators where applicable.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a site team.

• Concrete bases, slabs and foundations
• Kerbing, edging and paving
• Excavation and backfilling
• Ground preparation and levelling
• Working around underground services
• General groundworks and associated construction duties
• Following site health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous groundworks experience, preferably on large commercial, industrial or data centre projects
• Relevant CSCS/CPCS/NVQ qualification where required
• Valid CPCS/NPORS tickets for plant operators, where applicable
• Good understanding of site health & safety
• Full PPE
• Reliable and able to work as part of a site team
