TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor for a project in Bourne, PE10, starting on 2nd November. You will oversee groundworks activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery on site.

The role is 8 weeks initially, with potential for temp-to-perm or permanent opportunities for the right candidate. Applicants must have SMSTS and proven supervision experience on groundworks projects.

• Previous experience supervising groundworks projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Pay Rate: £25-£26 per hour
