Job summary

Ridgeway and Co is seeking a Groundworks Site Manager for a brand-new residential development in Norwich. You will oversee groundworks on site, coordinate subcontractors, plant and labour, and ensure Health & Safety and quality standards are met. The role is 18 months with an immediate start, supporting programme delivery from inception to completion.

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and strong leadership are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Site management experience within groundworks and residential construction.
• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS Card required.
• First Aid at Work certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of residential infrastructure and groundworks packages.

We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential project in Norwich.

This is a long-term opportunity on a brand-new development, offering 18 months of work and the chance to play a key role from project inception through to completion.
