Job summary

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks) to join a busy East Anglia-based contractor's commercial team in Norwich. You will manage daily commercial functions from measurement, valuations and applications for payment to final accounts, with exposure to groundworks packages.

Working on projects from tender through to completion, you will contribute to pre-tender pricing, BOQs and cost control while supporting career progression toward commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Measurement, valuations, and applications for payment experience.
• Experience handling final accounts and subcontract orders/enquiries.
• Pricing bids/tenders, BOQs and pre-tender site visits.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily commercial functions, including measurement, valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
• Estimating duties such as pricing bids/tenders, BOQs and pre-tender visits when required.
