Curve Recruitment is recruiting a Labourer with groundworks experience to support projects on secure RAF bases near Swaffham, Norfolk. The role is hands-on, requires physical work and a valid CSCS card, and offers £14.50 per hour plus a company van. Working hours are 7am–5pm, with site safety as a priority.

You will assist the groundworks team with excavation, drainage and concreting, move materials, and help keep the site tidy and safe while following access procedures for RAF bases.

Qualifications

• Labourer with groundworks experience is essential.
• CSCS card required.
• Reliable, punctual approach.
• Good awareness of site health and safety.
• Physically capable with practical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist groundworks with excavation, drainage and concreting.
• Keep work areas clear and safe, assist with site prep.
• Move materials and tools around the site.
• Support trades and site management as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised working spaces.
• Carry out general labouring and manual handling tasks.
• Follow site health and safety and security procedures.
