Job summary

Anglian Recruitment is seeking an experienced Groundworker with CAT & Genny for a temporary site in Swaffham, Norfolk. You will perform general groundworks, locate underground services, and work safely on-site as part of a construction team.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CSCS card, has practical CAT & Genny experience, and can work independently or with others while following safety procedures. This role offers a negotiable pay rate depending on experience and project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in carrying out general groundworks and excavation duties.
• Practical experience using CAT and Genny equipment.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Good understanding of underground services and safe digging practices.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general groundworks and excavation duties.
• Operating CAT and Genny equipment to locate underground services.
• Digging safely around existing underground utilities.
• Assisting with trenching, groundwork preparation and other site duties.
