Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Groundworks Gang for an immediate start on an ongoing project in Whitby. The role focuses on high-volume kerbing, pin kerbing and topsoiling/finishing works on site.

The successful team will hold valid CSCS cards, NPORS/CPCS tickets for 360 Excavator and Forward-Tipping Dumper, and have proven groundworks experience with PPE and tools provided for the job. Eligible to work in the UK and reliable on site.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required for all gang members.
• NPORS or CPCS tickets for 360 Excavator and forward-tipping dumper are required.
• Proven background in deep/shallow groundworks with emphasis on kerbing and finishing work.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-volume kerbing, pin kerbing and topsoiling/finishing tasks.
• Operate and coordinate with team on site to complete works efficiently.

Pay Rate: Competitive / Negotiable (depending on experience)

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworks Gang for an immediate start on an ongoing project in Whitby. The work primarily involves high-volume kerbing, pin kerbing, and topsoiling/finishing works.

Key Requirements

• CSCS Cards: Valid CSCS card required for all gang members.
• Plant Tickets: Valid NPORS (or CPCS) tickets for 360 Excavator and Forward- Tipping Dumper.
• Experience: Proven background in deep/shallow groundworks, with heavy emphasis on kerbing, pin kerbing, and soiling.
• Equipment: Must have full personal PPE and standard hand tools.
• Reliability: Solid work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work effectively as a unit.
