Job summary

LNT Care Developments in Ramsgate is seeking an experienced Groundworks Contracts Manager to lead multiple Southeast England projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across sites.

You will manage 5–7 sites with minimum 7 operatives each, write RAMS, maintain records, monitor budgets and schedules, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to keep works compliant and progressing. Salary DOE with discretionary bonus; no company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Groundworks Contracts Manager role.
• Manage 5-7 projects across the Southeast England with at least 7 operatives per site.
• Experience and knowledge of current health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Competent to write RAMS for site works.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work within budgets and timeframes.
• Experience in deep drainage, RC/strip foundations and external works.
• Competent in take-offs from design drawings for materials and plant.
• Good communication and record keeping.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedGroundworks Contracts Managerto support delivery on our projects in and aroundSouth East England.

Requirements:

• 10 years plus experience in a Groundworks Contracts managers role.
• Ability to manage 5-7No projects throughout the Southeast of England concurrently with a minimum of 7No operatives per site.
• Experience and knowledge of current health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Competent to write site specific RAMS.
• Commitment to achieving a high standard of quality in all aspects of work.
• Strong commercial awareness and competent with working within allocated budget and timeframe for each site.
• Experience in deep drainage, RC foundations, strip foundations, ducting of services, and all external works.
• Competent in completing take offs from design drawings for material and plant requisitions.
• Good communication skills and good record keeping.
