Job summary

Bouygues UK in Exeter is seeking an Assistant Site Manager (Groundworks) to support the on-site delivery of a major student accommodation project valued at around £270M. You will assist in planning, co-ordination, and safety compliance, working with the site team to keep progress in line with the programme and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist in programming and planning the build.
• Support site manager to maintain progress per contract programme.
• Oversee elements of work for safe execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress reports.
• Prepare inspections and test plans with the Site Manager.
• Maintain quality, environmental and safety compliance.
