Job summary

Corrie Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking Groundworkers for ongoing work in Dundonnell. The role involves carrying out groundworks and drainage related to culvert installations, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a civils environment.

The position offers competitive hourly rates (£25 basic, £30 weekend CIS), paid travel time, and long-term opportunities for reliable workers. Start date ASAP, with a structured 11 days on / 3 days off rotation.

Qualifications

• Previous culvert experience is essential.
• Groundworks and drainage experience required.
• CSCS card is required.
• CPCS/NPORS plant tickets advantageous.
• Ability to read and work from drawings and levels.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Carry out groundworks for culvert installation.
• Bedding, alignment and backfilling of culverts.
• Excavate and prepare trenches to required levels and gradients.
• Carry out drainage and general civils works.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety.

Job Title: Groundworkers

Location: Dundonnell

Duration: Ongoing

Rate: Basic - £25 p/hr CIS and Weekend - £30 p/hr CIS.

Start Date: ASAP

Rotation: 11 days on, 3 days off rotation.

Hours: Monday to Saturday - 7am - 6/6:30pm. Sunday - 7am - 4:30/5pm.

We are currently looking for a number of Groundworkers for ongoing work in Dundonnell.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out groundworks associated with culvert installation.
• Experience with culvert installation, bedding, alignment and backfilling.
• Excavate and prepare trenches to the required levels and gradients.
• Carry out associated drainage and general civils works
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard
• Maintain high standards of health & safety

Requirements

• Previous experience working on culverts is essential.
• Groundworks and drainage experience.
• CSCS card required.

• Ability to read and work from drawings and levels.
