Search Consultancy is seeking Groundworkers for ongoing temporary roles in Aberdeen and surrounding areas. Duties include site preparation, trenching, drainage installation, paving, and plant operation, with a weekly pay cycle and options like CIS, PAYE, or Umbrella.

Requirements include a CSCS Card and full PPE. Roles run Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00, offering steady work with varied site projects across Aberdeen.

Competenze

• CSCS Card is required.
• Full PPE is provided/required.

Mansioni

• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting out work areas.
• Dig trenches and foundations according to plans and specifications.
• Install drainage systems, pipes, and utilities (water, gas, and sewage).
• Lay concrete, paving, kerbs, and slabs.
• Operate plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers, and rollers.
• Assist with roadworks, pathways, and external surfacing.
• Install and maintain fencing, barriers, and site boundaries.
• Backfill and compact soil to required standards.

Search Consultancy have fantastic opportunities for Groundworkers to work with some of our valued clients in Aberdeen and surrounding areas. These are temporary roles, however we have ongoing work for interested candidates and can offer great benefits such as various payment types and a referral scheme.
