Job summary

Reliable Contractors Limited is recruiting experienced Groundworkers for a full-time role at Blyth Power Station, NE24 5TF. The position offers long-term site work with PAYE payment basis and a consistent 7am–5pm schedule.

You will need CSCS Labourer card, manual handling, and health and safety training, with opportunities to develop trades and skills on a major infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Green CSCS Labourer Card required.
• Manual Handling qualification required.
• Full understanding of construction and groundworks duties.
• Good understanding of concrete-related works.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with others and assist chargehands and other tradespeople.
• Knowledge of multiple trades.
• Abrasive Wheels qualification.
• Working at Height and lanyard training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general groundworks and construction activities.
• Assist with concrete-related works and other site duties.
• Support chargehands and other tradespeople as required.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks to the required standard.
• Work safely and efficiently alongside other site operatives.
• Follow site health and safety procedures.
